Amazing communication was a lovely team to speak to today

I don't ever do reviews but I have to make an exception today. The service the person who I met who picked me up with my belongings and the manners!!! Im taken aback by my experience with st Paul's and I will Recommend them very highly. Well done and thanks again

Although I liked the quick response professionally done and website, easy to understand as I find a lot of website very difficult but my daughter helped a little anyway. It did not turn out how I wanted as I am very specific areas and the type of accommodation I need and want and there's no changing that. So I'm back to square 1.

Straight away I had a message and confirmation that I am gonna be called soon I pray I am housed soon x

I went to the office for the first time in cab. Somebody meant 2 have come but couldn't in the end. I liked the office, spacious and a diverse group of staff from age to race made it all the more better as it represents Birmingham being diverse. I saw one of the staff who helped me and it was easy and lots of forms to fill out. He was very proffessional and calm even thou I could see he was busy. I'm desperate 2 get my things out of storage so the place I really wanted was in the area I didn't mind but he wanted to help me further so he gave me a studio, to accommodate my things so i can get them out of storage, which was really nice of him. I was excited. I'm very particular these days due to my health on area and accommodation. The area is not where I should and really want to be and although I'm not sure how I would feel in the place, but I have no choice for now as i need 2 get my stuff out of storage its expensivd. I met the support worker and she's nice and I'm looking forward to seeing her again. I left and I asked 2 staff coming in for directions. They were really nice and I really like that office and the staff were nice. I've always liked St Pauls, they were always nice and proffessional with good communication while looking for accommodation. I want to thank them for their time and helping me.
